Aamir
Khan
is
in
the
news
again
for
3
Idiots,
his
latest
film
with
Kareena
Kapoor.
He
has
been
given
the
title
the
'Perfectionist" for
his
meticulous
work.
But
if
you
think
his
decisions
are
perfect,
be
it
his
choice
of
films
or
commercials,
you
are
wrong.
At
least
if
we
are
to
go
by
what
he
said.
And
surprisingly,
he
feels
that
taking
up
3
Idiots
is
an
idiotic
decision.
Aamir
claimed
that
all
the
professional
decisions
he
has
taken
over
the
years
have
been
absurd,
and
3
Idiots
is
one
of
them.
But
why?
Because
he
took
the
risk
of
playing
a
22-year-old
character
when
he
is
already
44.
He
said
in
an
interview
that
it
might
be
an
idiotic
decision
but
all
his
decisions
so
far
have
been
idiotic.
He
went
on
to
say
that
people
thought
he
was
mad
when
he
announced
that
he
was
making
a
film
on
dyslexia
(Taare
Zameen
Par).
It
was
an
equally
crazy
decision
to
take
up
Rang
De
Basanti,
as
it
was
the
fifth
remake
of
Bhagat
Singh.
His
much
acclaimed
film
Lagaan,
which
represented
Indian
cinema
at
the
Oscars,
was
no
different.
He
thinks
that
it
was
a
disastrous
decision.
Ironically,
all
the
mentioned
films,
which
came
out
of
idiotic
decisions,
were
big
hits.
But
what
makes
him
take
up
films
that
he
thinks
idiotic
or
unsure?
you
may
ask.
Well,
he
just
can"t
help
it.
He
said
that
none
of
his
decisions
have
been
practical.
The
fact
is
that
he
dares
to
do
something
different
and
does
what
he
enjoys,
be
it
films
or
commercials.
He
said
that
he
took
the
risk
of
playing
a
character
much
younger
to
his
age
in
3
Idiots
because
of
its
director
Rajkumar
Hirani,
who
he
has
been
very
keen
to
work
with.
Well,
we
hope
3
Idiots
too
will
become
a
big
hit
like
his
earlier
films
that
came
out
of
idiotic
decisions.
