Big B pays tribute to 26/11 martyrs

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has lent his voice to the opening lines of a tribute song for the martyrs of 26/11 Mumbai attacks. The song 'Ungli uthe to, koi bare to, kardegi bagawat Mumbai was unveiled on Wednesday. The song has been written by Subbu, the song has been sung by 15 singers. Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Kunal Ganjawala, Kailash Kher, Roop Kumar Rathod and Hariharan will sing the tribute song.

In his latest blog post Amitabh said “Ugly scenes on the TV mar the daily and collective morals of a nation that witnesses the outcome of the 26/11, looming large within a couple of days. But we must not bend, we must not turn back and we must not stop — in this our relentless pursuit for those that sacrificed their lives for us"
