Deepika not celebrating Diwali with Ranbir

No light for Ranbir Kapoor this Diwali. It's not that the Kapoor family will stay in the dark this festive season. We are talking about Deepika Padukone deciding not to spend Diwali with her boyfriend Ranbir.

Deepika tasted success this year with Love Aaj Kal and Ranbir has become the latest sensation with his superb performance in Wake Up Sid. So, everyone would expect the couple to celebrate the festival of light together. But Deepika has decided to spent Diwali with her family like she always does.

Deepika has a couple of promising films in hand. She has Karthik Calling Karthik releasing by the end of this year. It has Farhan Akhtar in the lead and Pradeeep Sarkar directs it. Then there is Houseful with Akshay Kumar. She has another film with Neil Nitin Mukesh for Yash Raj Films.
