Hugh Jackman doesn't know what to say about gay rumours

Washington, April 23 (ANI): Hugh Jackman does not know whether or not to deny gay rumours about him because the actor says he isn't homosexual, but he also does not want his fans to think there is anything shameful about being one.

The Aussie stunner has been slamming rumours questioning his sexuality for years and wishes they would simply vanish into thin air.

"I'd be happy to go and deny it, because I'm not (gay). But, by denying it, I'm saying there is something shameful about it, and there isn't anything shameful," Contactmusic quoted him as saying in the Parade magazine.

The married star, who has two adopted children, further revealed that he heard more about the reports in America.

He added: "The questions about sexuality I find more here in America than anywhere else, because it's a big hang-up and defines what people think about themselves and others. It's not a big issue in Australia." (ANI)
