Veteran
filmmaker
Mahesh
Bhatt
and
his
daughter
Pooja
had
blasted
the
National
Investigation
Agency
(NIA)
for
keeping
silent
on
the
media
reports
linking
Rahul
Bhatt
with
terrorists
and
treating
an
informant
like
a
criminal
but
it
didn't
stop
the
NIA
from
passing
restrictive
order
on
the
filmmaker's
son.
The
NIA
has
asked
Rahul
not
to
leave
Mumbai
without
informing
them
of
his
travel.
He
has
been
under
scanner
for
his
alleged
link
with
David
Coleman
Headley,
an
LeT
operative,
who
was
in
Mumbai
five
days
prior
to
the
attacks
in
Mumbai
on
26th
November
last
year.
However,
filmmaker
Mahesh
Bhatt
is
furious
over
questioning
his
son
like
a
criminal
for
helping
the
NIA.
He
said
that
the
agency
can
record
his
son's
statement
but
not
question
him.
He
added
that
he
is
heartbroken
at
which
his
son
has
been
treated.
Rahul,
whose
name
has
been
reportedly
mentioned
in
the
emails
sent
by
Headley
to
the
LeT
handlers,
used
to
work
as
a
fitness
instructor
at
Moksha
gym
in
south
Mumbai.
He
came
to
know
Headley
through
one
Vilas,
who
also
works
with
him.
Following
the
arrest
of
Headley
and
Tahawwur
Hussain
Rana
by
the
FBI
at
Chicago's
O'Hare
International
Airport,
for
their
alleged
involvement
in
terror
activities,
Rahul
has
been
under
scanner
too.
