Court gives no respite to Shiney

In a major blow to Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja a local court in Mumbai his judicial custody till July 16. The Mumbai police produced the produced Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi actor before the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court as his judicial custody got over today. The actor had filed a bail application before the sessions court last week which will come up for hearing on Friday.

The actor has been charged of raping his maid servant in his Mumbai flat on June 16. Earlier in the week the DNA test conducted on Shine confirmed that he sexually assaulted the victim. The actor has been charged under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 376 with rape, along with wrongful restraint and intimidation.
