not
coming
to
the
court
session
of
a
five-year-old
case.
The
order
was
passed
by
the
civil
judge
of
the
junior
division,
Azad
Singh,
while
hearing
a
writ
petition
charging
them
for
wrong
portrayal
of
the
freedom
fighter
Mangal
Pandey
in
the
film
The
Rising
released
in
2005.
Chairman
of
the
film
Censor
Board
and
the
Director
of
Publication
are
also
involved
in
the
case.
The
court
has
fixed
September
13
as
the
next
date
of
hearing
for
the
case.
