Some duo's just spell magic at the box office and one such duo is the ace director Priyadarshan and the actor with impeccable comic timing Akshay Kumar. The two who share a great equation, came together again to shoot for an advertisement for Manappuram Gold Loan. Akshay Kumar who plays a simple man in the advertisement directed by Priyadarshan was faced with a certain predicament during the shoot of the ad.

The team just couldn"t find the perfect pair of glasses that would complete Akshay"s look, that"s when the director stepped in and offered Akshay his pair. Very few know that Priyadarshan has never parted with his glasses and this was the first time he lent them to someone.
