Amitabh updates Aishwarya Bachchan's health

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is concerned about the health of his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Bachchan. He said that Aishwarya, who has been down with high fever and sore throat, for the last few days is recuperating well.

"Many have inquired after Aishwarya's health. Thank you. She repairs well and even though there are some remnants of the ailment persisting, she has decidedly improved in her condition. We have all been with her and by her side. Abhishek has come away from his shootings and I have come away from my incessant TV interviews on Teen Patti," he wrote on his blog.

Abhishek Bachchan too has left the shooting of his latest film Crooked to be with his wife. “Aishwarya is much better. I'd like to think it's all the TLC (tender loving care). But think it's got more to do with all your wishes and concern. And of course...Of course antibiotics lend slight support. But why let medication take all the credit when we can share it?," he posted on his Twitter page.

"Aishwarya is much much better, but still not 100%. But she's my nani's favourite so she made the trip too. Should be back to fighting fit..." posted Abhishek on his Twitter page just a while ago.

Aishwarya returned home while shooting for Vipul Shah's Action Replay in Manori due to high fever. Her father-in-law had earlier informed that she couldn't talk or swallow food due to sore throat and fever.
