It
looks
like
the
controversial
re-mix
of
the
Laawaris
track
'Apni
Toh
Jaise
Taise'
in
this
weekend's
big
hit
Housefull
won't
have
to
be
deleted
from
the
film,
at
least
for
now.
Acting
swiftly
on
the
honourable
High
Court's
decision
in
Kolkata
restraining
the
use
of
the
chartbusting
Laawaris
song,
the
music
company
Saregama
which
sold
the
song's
rights
to
producer
Sajid
Nadaidwala
got
an
amendment
against
the
High
Court's
decision
in
Kolkata.
Divulging
these
facts,
Apurv
Nagpal
Managing
Director
of
HMV-Saregama
says,
"The
restraint
order
has
been
amended,
pending
our
appeal
which
would
be
heard
on
Monday.
The
film's
(Housefull)
prints
have
already
been
sent
to
all
centres
on
Friday."
Housefull
director
Sajid
Khan
appears
blissfully
unaware
of
the
copyright
battle
raging
against
a
song
in
his
film.
Says
Sajid
Khan,
"I
am
the
film's
director.
I
liked
the
song
and
I
used
it
in
Housefull
after
I
thought
all
the
legal
procedure
was
followed.
At
the
moment,
I'm
just
so
happy
and
relieved
by
the
response
to
my
film
that
I
really
don't
want
to
go
into
a
matter
that
I
don't
understand."
