I Hate Luv Storys is for Imran Khan

Raajneeti is hitting the theatres next Friday (June 4) but I Hate Luv Storys, which is over a month away from release, has stolen all the hype. The film has been in the news, be it the chemistry of the lead pair Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor or the voice over by Shahrukh Khan.

Yet again, Punit Malhotra, who is making debut as a director with I Hate Luv Storys, has revealed another secret. He said that he wrote the script of the film with Imran in mind. He added that he was sure Imran would suit the character best. And he realised that he had made the correct decision, as the actor was outstanding in portraying the role.

The story of the film revolves around Imran and Sonam, who are like water and fire when it comes to romance. One doesn't believe in love while the other swear by it. Karan Johar produces the film under his banner Dharma Productions. It is scheduled for release on July 2.
