It
was
a
journey
from
Macau
to
Columbo
and
next
it
would
be
Toronto.
Indian
Cinema
and
its
wings
are
spreading
all
over
the
world.
The
International
Indian
Film
Academy
(IIFA)
is
carrying
Indian
Cinema's
around
the
world.
Well
that
may
be
one
of
the
reasons
for
the
drastic
increase
in
Bollywood
fan
following.
Looking
back
at
the
past
11
years,
IIFA
Awards
has
become
one
of
its
kind
in
the
field
of
cinema.
This
time
IIFA
was
held
in
Columbo,
Sri
Lanka.
Between
all
the
special
events,
Bollywood
celebrities
had
a
ball
in
Sri
Lanka.
The
final
event
saw
almost
all
the
Bollywood
celebrities
except
for
brand
ambassador
of
IIFA
actor
Amitabh
Bachchan
and
his
family.
Well,
Aamir
Khan
is
never
seen
around
IIFA
down
the
years,
but
it
was
surprising
to
see
that
the
baadshah
of
Bollywood
Shahrukh
Khan
was
missing
from
the
big
day.
Well
his
absence
on
the
eve
was
most
felt
when
he
was
not
seen
on
the
stage,
ragging
all
other
Bollywood
stars.
But,
Riteish
Deshmukh
and
Boman
Irani
with
actress
Lara
Dutta
hosted
the
show
in
the
best
way
they
could.
It
was
the
third
time
in
a
row
that
the
pair
(Boman
and
Riteish)
were
seen
on
the
stage
as
the
most
hilarious
host
ever.
The
audience
at
the
event
comprised
of
all
the
big
shots
of
Sri
Lanka
with
our
Hindi
film
fraternity.
The
show
was
opened
by
Bollywood
Actress
Jacqueline
Fernandez
who
was
Miss
Sri
Lanka
2003.
The
audiences
were
entertained
by
special
sizzling
performance
by
our
Bollywood
Stars,
like
Hrithik
Roshan,
Kareena
Kapoor,
Saif
Ali
Khan,
Vivek
Oberoi,
Bipasha
Basu.
With
all
the
celebrations
and
performances,
it
was
hard
time
for
all
the
actors,
actresses,
director,
as
this
was
the
day
when
they
would
be
awarded
for
their
one
years
hard
work.
Though
