Ram Gopal Varma is in plans of making Company 2. The film will be about the encounter specialist cops. He will be helped out by cop Daya Nayak in scripting the film.

According to sources, the film will be about the encounter squad that has split. It will be about what all encounter cops have to undergo. It will contain elements like jealousy, ambition and back stabbing to show the drama in an encounter squad. However, the film will be more about the complex issues in the police world and less about the issue of encounter cops.

The news about Company 2 has been confirmed by Ramu but he hasn"t yet said anything over Daya Nayak"s participation in the project.
