appeared
before
the
Special
MCOCA
Court
yesterday
(March
11)
over
the
allegation
by
the
city
police
that
his
film
Chori
Chori
Chupke
Chupke
was
made
with
the
underworld"s
money.
His
father
Salim
Khan
said
that
his
son
has
given
a
police
statement
regarding
the
persons
he
met
before
the
making
of
the
film.
He
was
called
to
confirm
the
statements
before
the
Maharashtra
Control
of
Organised
Crime
Act.
It
may
be
recalled
that
film
financier
Bharat
Shah
was
arrested
in
2001
for
the
same
case.
He
was
alleged
to
have
links
with
underground
kingpin
Chhota
Shakeel.
He
was
alleged
to
have
used
the
underworld
money
for
financing
the
film
starring
Salman
Khan,
Rani
Mukherjee
and
Preity
Zinta.
