This
piece
of
news
is
surely
going
to
break
many
hearts.
Indian
tennis
star
Sania
Mirza
(23)
is
going
to
marry
Pakistani
cricketer
Shoaib
Malik
(28)
next
month,
April.
Sania's
father
Imran
Mirza
confirmed
the
alliance
and
said
that
the
couple
would
settle
down
in
Dubai
after
the
wedding.
Malik
wrote
on
his
Twitter
page,
“Thanks
for
all
your
support.
And
the
news
of
Me
marrying
to
Sania
is
true.
Inshallah
will
get
married
in
April."
Sania
had
earlier
expressed
her
interest
in
Bollywood
and
was
even
linked
to
actor
Shahid
Kapoor.
But
destiny
has
something
different
in
store
for
her.
The
news
has
it
that
she
fell
in
love
with
the
Pakistani
all-rounder
about
six
months
ago
and
now
they
are
all
set
to
tie
the
knot.
It
is
speculated
that
the
reception
would
be
held
in
Lahore
on
April
16
or
17
but
the
wedding
date
is
not
known.
Sania
too
is
excited
about
her
marriage.
She
said
that
her
wedding
would
be
the
biggest
day
of
her
life
and
want
privacy,
as
she
has
been
in
constant
glare
for
too
long.
She
added
that
she
would
be
fit
to
represent
India
for
the
Commonwealth
and
Asian
Games.
Shoaib
Malik
said
that
he
understands
what
it
takes
to
be
an
international
sports
person
and
he
would
support
Sania
in
her
career
as
long
as
she
wishes
to
play.
He
added
that
representing
India
at
the
2012
Olympics
is
very
important
for
her
and
that
he
would
be
the
proudest
husband
if
she
can
win
a
medal
for
her
country.
It
may
be
recalled
that
Sania
broke
her
engagement
with
childhood
friend
Sohrab
Mirza
two
months
ago.
Shoaib
was
also
accused
of
marrying
another
Hyderabad
girl
Ayesha
Siddiqui
in
2002
over
phone,
though
he
claimed
that
he
was
merely
engaged
to
her.
