By Raymond Ronamai

No Problem starring Sanjay Dutt has hit the theatres today but ironically, the actor's life has been dogged by problems. The latest news is that a local court has issued a bailable warrant of Rs.10,000 against the actor after failing to appear before the court for the alleged derogatory remarks against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati.

Sanjay Dutt allegedly offered a magical hug and a kiss to Mayawati on two occasions during election rally last year, when he was the general secretary of Samajwadi Party. The Times of India reported that the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Arvind Mishra has asked Mumbai police commissioner to serve the warrant notice to the actor today. The hearing of the case has been postponed to January 15, 2011.

It may be recalled that an FIR was lodged against the actor for the alleged derogatory remarks against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister.
