Sanjay and Manyata in Burj Dubai

Sanjay Dutt and wife Manyata witnessed the grand opening of the Burj Khalifa from the room of a facing building with Amar Singh. Sanjay and Manyata Dutt caught the opening of the Burj Khalifa (at 2716.5 ft, the tallest tower in the world) at Amar Singh's invitation.

Says a source close to Dutt, "Sanju and Maana flew in to Dubai on January 1 at Amarji's request. The Samajwadi party leader was already there with wife Pankaja and daughters Disha and Drishti. The Dutts stayed with the Samajwadi party leader residence at the Dubai Mall on the 54th floor."

The source adds, "Sanju and Maana had a superb view from the 54th floor and could clearly see the fireworks. Though Amarji and Sanju had been invited for the formal opening ceremony they decided to watch it from their balcony as they could see the fireworks, lasers and fountain displays from their room itself. Also with a huge crowd they all decided it was safer to stay indoors."
