Shahid Kapoor accepted Paathshaala for its message

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor seems to have evolved as an actor. After acting in hit films like Vivah, Jab We Met and Kaminey, he decided to do something meaningful. That"s why he took up Paathshaala, directed by Milind Ukey.

Shahid said that he did Paathshaala not for commercial reason but for its message. He added that it has a social message, as it deals with the loopholes in today"s education system.

Shahid plays the role of an English teacher in the film and Ayesha Takia also plays a teacher. It also features actors like Nana Patekar, Ali Haji, Saurabh Shukla and Sushant Singh in various important roles. Produced by Ahmed Khan and Shaira Khan, Paathshaala is all set to hit the theatres this Friday (April 16).
