Shahrukh clarifies on Ra.One release date

There was rife on the release date of Shahrukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Ra.One. It was reported yesterday that this sci-fi movie would hit the theaters on 3rd June, 2011. But now, SRK has clarified the matter on his Twitter page.

Shahrukh, who is playing a superhero in the movie for the first time, has posted on his twitter page that the release date of Ra.One has not been decided. The media reports on 31st August suggested that SRK, who is also the producer of the movie, is going to release it next year on 3rd June.

Denying the reports, SRK said ironically that it is nice to know that someone has already fixed the release date of Ra.One because he is not aware of any such declaration. The superstar added that may be the person, who has spread this rumour, can go ahead and finish the movie. He further said that the release date of the movie would be announced after discussing with the office guys, which should be sometime around June next year of course.

Well, even if the exact date is not announced, the supposed time of release seems to stand somewhere close to the rumored time frame!
