Tees Maar Khan releasing this Christmas

Choreographer turned director Farah Khan has finally confirmed the release date of her latest venture Tees Maar Khan. She said that the film starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif would be released on December 24, i.e. on Christmas evening.

Farah has also expressed her delight for sharing the release date with Aamir Khan"s Taare Zameen Par, Ghajini and 3 Idiots, which were released during Christmas and were big hits. She took the micro-blogging site Twitter to share this news. She posted that Tees Maar Khan is releasing on 24th December, as Aamir has kindly left the date for them this year.

Apart from Akshay and Katrina, the film also has Akshaye Khanna in the lead role. Salman Khan, who has parted ways with his long-time girlfriend Katrina recently, will be seen in an item song. The music director duo Vishal-Shekhar has composed the songs and Javed Akhtar has written the lyrics.

Arya Babbar also plays an important role in this movie, which will see veteran actor Anil Kapoor in a special appearance. Farah has recently completed the shooting of the qawalli song 'Walla Walla" at the Film City. The song features Katrina, Akshay and Salman.

The mood of the festive season is likely to turn hotter this December with this big release!
