From beefing up his looks for Ghajini to bringing it down to look like a college boy in 3 Idiots, Aamir has done it all to maintain his perfectionist tag. With the upcoming Dhoom 3 Aamir is all set to play the role of a gymnast and martial arts expert, which will definitely unravel a totally new avatar of the actor.
Aamir is geared for the role and has to undergo a complete change of physique and attitude. The actor therefore has hired fitness expert Gerald Zarchilla to train him in martial arts and gymnastics. Aamir recently informed that he has to bring down his weight to 60 kg with just 10 percent body mass for the role. For playing the role of a gymnast and martial arts trainer the body need to be a lot more flexible and being light in weight will obviously help.
Aamir's former trainer Satyajit Chaurasia explained Mid Day that Aamir's dedication to get something bang on is commendable, therefore it is not difficult for him to make or break down his body. Though Aamir will have to look a lot more lighter for the Dhoom 3 role, he is not at all compromising on his food. He is eating more and more healthy food. The actor eats 12 meals a days and drinks at least 4 litres of water. Aamir is keeping away from all kinds of unhealthy food. Apart from 2-hours of martial arts training and regular gym exercises, he apparently swims for an hour everyday.
