Aishwarya parts ways with her manager

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's international manager Simone Sheffield has parted ways with her after a decade. Sheffield did not give any reason for the split between the two and just informed that she is terminating their business relationship.

"I introduced her to the international market and wish her well and our time together, business wise, was as productive as possible," said Sheffield to NDTV.

Sheffield has handled Aishwarya's career in the US for 10 years now. She became a big name in the international market. She became brand ambassador for international brand like L'Oreal cosmetics; appeared on '60 Minutes' and 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' twice; and made to the cover of Time magazine. She is also rated as the 100 most influential people in entertainment.

Aishwarya, was also attended her first Academy Awards last month after getting an invitation through Sheffield's contacts. She has also done a several Hollywood projects like, The Pink Panther 2, The Last Legion opposite Oscar winner Colin Firth, Bride and Prejudice, Mistress of Spices and Provoked.

She has also collaborated with some of the world's leading fashion designers including the houses of Armani, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli and Elie Saab.
