Amitabh Bachchan denies booking ticket for World Cup final

Amitabh Bachchan has cleared the rumours pertaining to his presence at the World Cup 2011 final at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. He has said that he has not booked ticket for the grand final.

Yesterday, it was reported that Amitabh Bachchan has booked his ticket and would watch the live match in the stadium. It also added that his family would join him to cheer team India, if it qualifies for the last stage.

Following the reports, Amitabh Bachchan fans bombarded with questions on Twitter asking him, whether he would be present on April 2 at the Wankhede Stadium. Big B responded, “Many media asking if I have booked tickets for the World Cup final...not true...news is false,"
