Anurag-Kalki postpone their honeymoon

Ace director Anurag Kashyap finally got married to his long-time girlfriend, actress Kalki Koechlin. Though none of them were of South Indian origin, the couple has a traditional South Indian marriage, on the outskirts of Ooty, Tamil Nadu.

Kalki, who was dressed in a white sari with red zari border and Anurag who donned a simple white kurta and dhoti, solemnised their union under a mango tree, at 10:30 in the morning. The marriage was followed by a traditional South Indian vegetarian meal, cooked by Kalki's mother. The guests were served food on the banana leaves.

Very limited people from the film fraternity graced the occasion. Brother Abhinav Kashyap, director Vikramaditya Motwane (Udaan) with wife Ishita, Rahul Bhatt, Vikas Bahl, actor-composer Piyush Mishra, were some of them present to bless the newly wed.

The couple returned to Mumbai last evening. They have cancelled their plans for honeymoon for their film Shaitan, which will hit the screens on June 10.
