Asha Bhonsle's Maaee to release on October 7

Film Maaee, which will mark as the acting debut of the legendary playback singer Asha Bhonsle, is all set to release on October seven. The film's shooting was completed on June eight. It is reported that the film had a 40 days scheduled shoots, however due to efficient production and cast, Maaee got over in 30 days.

The reports suggest that though Asha was a first timer in front of the camera, she did a commendable job, by shooting most of the shots in just one take. The film also stars Padmini Kolhapure, Ram Kapoor, Navin Kaushik, Anupam Kher, Shivani Joshi among others.

Maaee has been produced by Subhash Dawar (Alliance Entertainment Pvt Ltd) and Nitin Shankar (Rythm D'vine Entertainment Pvt Ltd). The film has been directed by director Mahesh Kodiyal.
