Dharmendra
can
now
breathe
easily.
He's
at
least
halfway
to
a
sense
of
complete
relaxation.
His
family
film
Yamla
Pagla
Deewana
with
his
two
sons
have
sailed
through.
Now,
his
other
family-film
Tell
Me
Oh
Khuda
featuring
his
daughter
Esha
and
produced
by
his
wife
Hema
Malini
and
also
featuring
Dharmendra
as
his
own
daughter's
father
is
on
release.
Poised
between
success
for
his
sons
and
expectation
of
the
same
for
his
daughter,
Dharmendra
wanted
nothing
better
at
the
moment
than
to
visit
his
favourite
place
of
prayers.
However
as
they
say,
man
proposes
God
disposes.
Apparently,
the
collective
Deol
men
Dharmendra,
Sunny
and
Bobby
Deol
at
the
Golden
Temple
amounted
to
a
security
hazard.
So
for
now,
the
director
of
Yamla
Pagla
Deewana
(YPD)
Samir
Karnik
had
to
trudge
alone
to
Amritsar.
When
contacted,
Samir
confirmed
the
Deols'
inability
to
visit
the
Golden
temple.
"Do
you
know
what
Dharamji
and
his
two
sons
mean
to
Punjab?
It's
not
just
a
security
hazard.
It'd
be
a
riot
situation!
So
I've
come
with
my
writer
to
Amritsar."
Karnik
had
thought
of
at
least
bringing
his
buddy
Bobby
Deol
along
to
the
Golden
Temple.
"But
even
that,
I
was
told,
would
be
impossible.
The
Deols'
visit
to
the
Golden
Temple
is
looking
for
trouble.
It's
sad
but
they
cannot
visit.
I
can
only
offer
my
own
prayers
on
their
behalf," said
Karnik
regretfully.
