Imran Khan steps in for Salman Khan

Imran Khan plans to watch the first day first show of Bodyguard with fans of Salman at Gaiety Galaxy, a popular theatre in Bandra, Mumbai. He wants to keep the tradition alive that Salman Khan had originally started.

Salman Khan has reportedly never broke the tradition of watching all his Eid releases at the theatre and interacting with his fans on that day. However, as the actor has flown to the US to treat his nerve disorder, Imran Khan has volunteered to watch Bodyguard along with his friends and keep the ritual alive.

The actor, speaking to a leading daily said, “Salmanbhai has always been very supportive. He stood by me when my films released - starting with Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na to Delhi Belly. This is my way to show gratitude in whatever little way I can."
