It seems things are falling into places for Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine. After getting delayed for close to seven months, the movie is finally ready to take off, as Kareena Kapoor is all set to join the shoots from November 25.
Reports say that Kareena Kapoor has not signed any other project because the actress knows that her character in Heroine demands a lot from her. The actress, who was mostly seen in masala flicks in the recent years, has decided to devout more time on her role of an actress in the upcoming movie thereby aiming at the National Awards.
A few weeks ago, director Madhur Bhandarkar, who was disappointed after his Heroine was on the back burner, announced on twitter that his upcoming Hindi movie will start its shooting by the end of November. He wrote, “Heroine principal photography to commence from End Nov, Salim - Sulaiman to score music for the film 'Heroine'... Music sitting starts today!!!"
Heroine also stars Arjun Rampal, Arunoday Singh, Shahana Goswami and others in the cast. It is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Madhur Bhandarkar.
