Katrina, Priyanka hit out at the media

Bollywood divas Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra are usually media-friendly but the various reports doing the rounds on the recent Income Tax (I-T) raids at their residences have irritated them like never before.

They hit out at the media for publishing malicious rumours spread by unofficial sources. The managers of the actors denied the reports that the I-T had found unaccounted wealth at their residences during the raids. They added that they co-operated with the I-T officials during the raids and restraint from commenting on it till the investigation is completed.

The Income Tax officials raided the houses of Katrina and Priyanka on January 24 on suspicion of tax evasion. They raided about 12 premises belonging to the actresses and sealed their lockers and seized their documents.
