Kiran Rao's surprise Birthday gift for Aamir

Kiran Rao had planned a surprise gift for hubby Aamir Khan on his Birthday, yesterday. The Dhobi Ghat director, gifted him a set of 38 paintbrushes and water colours. Hmm!! looks like Kiran wants him to get serious with his new pass time, which Aamir adapted from actor Salman Khan.

A source from Mid Day informs that Aamir Khan was cluless about Kiran's plans. While, Aamir was busy shooting for Reema Kagti's film, Kiran secretly planned the entire surprise hiding it from all his staffs.

She hid the painting stuffs in the study and invited him to the study. Aamir was surprised after seeing the gift given by wife Kiran Rao. Actor Aamir Khan was planning to learn painting after he played the on-screen roles as a painter in his films Taare Zameen Par and Dhobi Ghat. He even made sure that he takes tips from actor Salman Khan, who himself is an awesome artist.

Reportedly, Kiran spent a lot of time looking round for the best stuffs available at various stores. Aamir now, plans to spend his leisure time learning the craft of painting.
