and
bid
farewell
to
Saif"s
father
Mansoor
Ali
Khan
who
died
after
fighting
a
prolonged
lung
infection.
Saif
Ali
Khan,
who
is
mourning
his
father
Mansoor
Ali
Khan
Pataudi's
death
was
visibly
moved
by
the
warmth
and
concern
that
his
family
was
getting
from
various
parts
of
the
world.
Saif,
in
a
statement
said,
“It's
a
sad
moment
for
all
at
home.
I'm
extremely
thankful
for
the
support
extended
to
us.
It's
overwhelming.
People
from
all
fraternities
-
sports,
cinema,
politics,
media
-
have
sent
their
condolences.
They've
said
beautiful
things
about
my
father,
and
I'd
like
to
thank
them
for
that.
Even
he
would've
been
most
grateful
for
all
those
kind
words
and
warmth
shown
to
him."

body
was
first
brought
to
his
home
in
Delhi's
Vasant
Vihar
early
Friday
morning.
The
family
then
took
the
body
to
his
ancestral
home
in
Pataudi,
two
hours
from
Delhi.

Dikshit
was
the
first
to
visit
the
family
followed
by
followed
Pakistan
high
commissioner

Malik,

Rajiv
