Pappu Can't Dance Saala reminds Neha Dhupia of struggling days

Indian movie goers know Neha Dhupia as former Miss India and a Bollywood actress, but many are not aware of her struggling days. Now, the Bollywood star has revealed that her upcoming film Pappu Can't Dance Saala in which she is playing a backup dancer, reminds her of the days of struggle.

Neha Dhupia is now busy promoting the movie Pappu Can't Dance Saala. "I started my career with a beauty pageant but not many people know that the first fashion show I attended was by helping models with their shoes backstage. So now each time I walk the ramp at a fashion show I am reminded of it," Neha told PTI.

The B-Town star added, "I observed the backup dancers on the sets and their ambition, dedication and attitude towards their profession reminded me of my initial days of struggle. The struggle hasn't ended though. Every actor first struggles to achieve a certain position and then to maintain it."

Pappu Can't Dance Saala is a romantic-comedy, which revolves around a man, who moves to Mumbai from Varanasi and finds it difficult to adjust to a place away from his city that is rich with cultural heritage. Neha Dhupia is playing a Mumbai girl pitted against Vinay Pathak. Directed by Saurabh Shukla, the movie is releasing on December 16.
