Actress Sadhana summoned by the court

Yesteryear actress Sadhana has been summoned by Bandra metropolitan magistrate following a dispute between her and a real estate developer Yusuf Lakdawala. It all started when the actress entered into a fight with the developer who was pressurizing the actress to vacate her Santa Cruz house, where she has been living for past 50 years.

The actress lodged a complaint against Lakdawala with the Santa Cruz police. She accused him of threatening her with death. Post complaints, the realtor was arrested in November but released on bail. The developer instead has accused Sadhana of defaming him.

“A private complaint was filed by Lakdawala and the Magistrate has sought for the police to probe into the allegations made by Lakdawala and have directed the police to submit a report," said Lakdawala"s lawyer Vibhav Krishna.
