"Hate this name Bollywood": Salman

Some, who don"t read the headline carefully, may wonder why Salman Khan hates Bollywood, which has given him so much. Of course, he just can"t hate it and has no reason to. What Salman hates is not the film industry but its name, which is a copycat of its western counterpart Hollywood.

“Hate this name, Bollywood. Koi naam hai kya? Disgusting," Salman Khan posted on his Twitter page.

Well, Salman has a good point here, because a name for the Hindi film industry without the word 'wood" would sound better and more original. Many Indian film personalities and the public may agree to Salman on this!
