Sanjay Dutt will never return to politics

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt had a short stint in politics, and at one point of time, it looked like he would never return to film industry. But surprisingly, he got back to films. And now, he says that he will never return to politics.

“Keep me away from politics. (Bhaiya mujhe yeh politics se dur rakhho). I will never think of getting back to politics," he told PTI, adding, “I had gone to UP for three months. But all that...Woh sab dekh ke maine bola jo acting hum yaha karte hai woh better hai. Woh manch pe jo acting hoti hai woh...(After seeing that I thought acting in Bollywood is better than the acting on the dais...)."

It may be recalled that Sanjay Dutt entered politics as a Samajwadi Party candidate and was later appointed as its general secretary. However, he resigned and quit the party after a year.
