for
allegedly
doing

biopic
on
his
sister.
He
is
very
upset
with
them
for
making
obscene
film
about
the
star
without
taking
the
family's
consent.
In
an
interview
with
the
Mumbai
Mirror,
Vara
Prasad
says
that
his
family
came
to
know
through
news
reports
that
The
Dirty
Picture
portrays
his
sister
in
an
obscene
way.
Her
family
has
learned
that
they
made
the
film
based
on
inputs
given
by
an
alleged
boyfriend
of
Smitha
in
Chennai.
Vara
Prasad
further
says
that
neither
producer
Ekta
Kapoor
nor
director
Milan
Luthria
have
contacted
his
family
before
doing
the
movie
The
Dirty
Picture.
He
asks,
“What
right
do
the
producer
and
the
director
have
to
make
this
film,
without
the
family's
consent?"
Meanwhile,
Vara
Prasad
Confirming
that
he
has
sent
a
legal
notice
to
the
makers
of
The
Dirty
Picture.
"There
still
has
been
no
response
from
their
side.
We
are
now
going
to
send
a
second
notice
in
a
couple
of
days
through
a
High
Court
lawyer
in
Hyderabad.
If
they
go
ahead
with
the
release,
we
will
be
compelled
to
initiate
proceedings," the
Mumbai
Mirror
quotes
him
as
saying.
