Sonakshi Sinha out of Race 2, Jacqueline Fernandez steps in

In a very short span of time, the Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez seems to make it big in Bollywood. After the success of Murder 2, Jacqueline has now signed Race 2, a source informed Mumbai Mirror. Initially, if sources are to be believed, Jacqueline has replaced the original Race 2 lead actress Sonakshi Sinha, since the latter was supposedly stuck in date trap.

Clearing all speculations, Ramesh Taurani confirmed Mumbai Mirror, "Yes, we have signed Jacqueline in place of Sonakshi. We start shooting in November." Jacqueline earlier refused to work in Krissh 2 since she denied to share a lip-lock with Hrithik Roshan. Also, she refused to pose in a bikini for the film.

It was heard that Jacqueline turned down Krissh 2 under the influence of her possessive boyfriend cum director Sajid Khan.

Race 2 will also have Deepika Padukone, Ameesha Patel, Saif Ali Khan, Anil Kapoor and John Abraham. The film will go on the floors next year.
