Actress
Aishwarya
Rai
Bachchan
who
have
been
away
from
the
limelight
due
to
her
ongoing
motherhood
phase
has
many
big
mouths
around
who
would
just
speak
ill
against
her
talents.
Recently,
Italian
archaeologist-historian,
television
presenter
and
novelist
Valerio
Massimo
Manfredi
criticised
Ash
for
her
poor
acting
skills.
While
talking
to
IANS,
Manfredi,
the
author
of
The
Last
Legion
said
that
the
character
that
Aishwarya
Rai
played
in
the
movie
was
completely
different
from
what
it
was
in
the
book.
“My
character
of
the
leading
lady
was
totally
different.
She
was
from
a
village
but
Aishwarya
was
totally
different.
She
was
the
lover
of
the
protagonist…but
she
acted
as
if
the
film
was
for
kids,"
Manfredi
told
IANS.
Though
he
praises
Ash's
beautiful
eyes,
he
said,
"She
has
such
strong
expressive
and
beautiful
eyes.
Some
little
expression
of
love
would
have
made
the
film
more
different.
The
editing
was
so
much
like
a
video
game,
so
many
passages
were
missing...I
am
not
criticising".
