Big B, Abhishek forced to miss Rajesh Khanna's funeral ceremony!

Megastar Rajesh Khanna's sudden demise left the nation and his co-stars amidst shock and despair. One such person is none other than the superstar Amitabh Bachchan, who expressed profound grief and hearty condolences over Kaka's death.

Amitabh Bachchan was one of the first stars to arrive at Rajesh Khanna's residence to offer his condolences. But unfortunately, Big B and son Abhishek Bachchan had to miss Kaka's funeral ceremony. Reports say that heavy traffic conjestion at Juhu and Vile Parle roads, compelled the duo to come out of their car and walk for miles. The Bachchans, who have been very close to Rajesh Khanna could not make it on time to the Vile Parle crematorium, in order to witness Khanna's last rites.

Thousands had come down to pay their last tribute to Bollywood's King of romance. The tireless crowd, which gathered in front of Khanna's residence, battled against the heavy downpour and traffic, in order to have a last glimpse of their favourite star.
