Amitabh Bachchan remembers Yash Chopra on his Chautha

Amitabh Bachchan was very close to Yash Chopra. It was Yash Chopra who gave Big B his second break in Bollywood through Mohabbatein. In the past, Amitabh Bachchan had worked with Yash Chopra in films like Silsila, Trishul and Kala pattar.

According to a website Amitabh remembered Yash Chopra on his Chautha and said, "I have seen him as a friend and a superb personality. He had a big name but with that he had the quality of humanity and beong humble with people, which was not easy to posses at his position. I have known him since 44 years and have learnt a lot from him. We have seen a lot of good and bad moments. I have lived with him and seen his enthusiasm for work which at times he gave me also."

Amitabh Bachchan further added, "In these years I have never seen him getting angry. He never spoke on a high pitch with anyone. He only had a pitch with the enthusiasm at work. The amount of love he showed in the films he had the same in his life."
