Dabangg 2: Salman Khan feels sorry for Sonakshi Sinha

Mumbai: Sonakshi Sinha has often been criticised for her weight. But superstar Salman Khan says that Sonakshi Sinha was told to gain weight for Dabangg 2. And the actor feels sorry for Sonakshi as her weight gain led to her being criticised.

Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha are working together again in Dabangg 2. Talking about Sonakshi's weight gain, Salman told a leading daily that Sonakshi could not have the body of a model in the sequel, as she plays a housewife who is three to four months pregnant. Salman also feels that because of this Sonakshi faced constant criticism from everyone.

Salman Khan further added, "We started working for the sequel just a year after Dabangg released. So there wasn't too much of a time gap for me to notice any changes in her. But right from the time she entered the industry, we knew that she is very talented."

Unfortunately, Sonakshi Sinha would not be a part of Dabangg 3 as it would be a prequel.
