Deepika Padukone launches La Senza 12th store

Deepika Padukone was the sassiest and naughtiest visitor that La Senza could have hoped for. She burst happy pink balloons, cut a pink cake and blushed a very impish pink when asked about lingerie. As Deepika launched La Senzas 12th store in India at a new central Mumbai mall, she wore pink, La Senza's very own colour and walked through the entire store; admiring La Senzas all new 'fierce collection' along with Martin Waters, the global Director for La Senza and Vince Montemarano, Sr Vice President, La Senza International. On display other than intimately personal, wild and fierce intimate-wear, sleepwear, loungewear, bodycare, and accessories. Girls; go for the kill!

The spring summer collection, titled 'Fierce' is a sexy amalgamation of lace and animal prints that ensures you feel sexy and look great all the time. The collection is very girly, all set to unleash the wild side in you with classic prints. Exotic safari patterns of leopard spots, zebra stripes and snake prints are gentle on your skin. Young girls are guaranteed to love the textured aesthetic animal prints.

Very primitive, on the prowl and yet delicate against your skin. Pin up girl Ola posed and preened for the media in La Senza and was sporting enough to pose with visitors to the store as well. A message for all girls to be comfortable in their second skin. "La Senza is naughty and young", Deepika added as she waved out to the throng of people that had gathered for a glimpse of the tall lass.

Zarine Khan, looking fresh and young and lovely in a blue dress promised to try the brand out; as she perused the collection. Martin personally attended to this very special guest at La Senza.

The intimacy girls feel for their lingerie was evident as many many pretty young girls came to the store to shop. There was Nishka Lulla, the tired looking Mahie Gill who had just come from a shoot, and a host of models. Who better to know the merits of La Senza than our own supermodels Pooja Chopra, Shreya Kishore, Nicole Faria, Iris Maity, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Sureen Kalra, Sandhya Shetty and Priyanka Shah. Anjali Lavanya and Shubhra Ayyappa made their presence felt too.

Surprise, surprise, Ashish Raheja made a blink and miss it appearance too. Anu Ranjan walked in late with some close friends while Shaan Khanna made an early entry and exit.
