Feroz
Khan,
finally
breathes
a
sign
of
relief
after
the
Mumbai
sessions
court
granted
him
immunity
in
a
drug
case.
Fardeen
was
found
guilty
in
October
last
year
after
he
was
charged
of
attempting
to
buy
cocaine
in
a
10-year-old
case,
in
which
a
special
court
framed
charges
against
him
and
two
others.
The
special
NDPS
court
had
framed
charges
against
Khan,
under
section
21
(A)
of
Narcotics
Drugs
and
Psychotropic
Substances
act.
The
court
accepted
Fardeen's
application
under
Section
64
(A)
of
the
Narcotic
Drugs
and
Psychotropic
Substances
(NDPS)
Act.
The
court
also
stated
that
if
he
is
arrested
for
a
similar
offence
in
the
future
then
the
immunity
against
him
shall
be
withdrawn.
