Why is Karan Johar blaming the Khans?

Karan Johar's film Student Of The Year is releasing with Nikhil Advani's animation film Delhi Safari on October 19. But Karan Johar is blaming the Khans for this clash at the Box-Office.

Karan Johar told IANS, "This year is pretty tough, there are not enough release dates available because it is such a jam-packed year. But what to do, all the Khans have booked Diwali, Christmas and Eid. So, we are releasing on the dates left for us. But I wish Nikhil all the best, I believe his animation film is lovely."

Student of The Year marks the debut of Varun Dhawan, director David Dhawan's son; model Siddharth Malhotra and Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan's daughter Alia Bhatt. Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is playing the role of the college dean in Student Of Year.

Karan Johar has co-produced the movie with Shahrukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment.
