Kareena Kapoor's Heroine, strictly for adults!

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar's much-awaited film Heroine gets an ‘A' certificate by the Censor Board. But, Bhandarkar is neither surprised nor disappointed over this as it was very much expected.

"As expected got a ‘A' certificate from the censor board," Bhandarkar tweeted. Heroine, featuring Kareena Kapoor in the lead role, will take us on a journey to see what really goes on behind the closed doors of make up rooms and vanity vans. The movie has a lot of bold scenes, drinking, smoking sequences, which are strictly for adults.

In the movie Heroine, Kareena essays the role of Mahie Khanna, one of the most powerful female characters (according to Madhur Bhandarkar) ever written in Bollywood. It is all set to release on September 21, 2012.
