Kunal Kohli likely to have a sequel to Teri Meri Kahani

Filmmaker Kunal Kohli is quite hopeful about his latest directorial venture Teri Meri Kahaani, which stars Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in the leads. The director says that he would consider on doing a sequel to the love story, if the movie turns successful at the Box Office.

Teri Meri Kahaani, which is scheduled to release on June 22, is set in three periods - 1910, 1960 and 2012. Kunal Kohli is now busy attending the promotional events of the film. Talking to PTI, the director says, "With all your love and support if Teri Meri Kahaani turns out to be a super-hit then we will have four periods in part two of the film."

Among three eras depicted in Teri Meri Kahaani, the first saga unfolds in Lahore in 1910, where Priyanka plays a Punjabi girl named Aradhana in love with a Muslim boy Javed, which is played by Shahid. In the 1960 story, Shahid plays a struggling music director in Mumbai who falls in love with the successful actress. In 2012, they again fall in love as Radha and Krish, this time in England.

However, the on-screen chemistry between Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in the film Kaminey has impressed the movie buffs. After the success of the film, the duo will once share the screen space in Teri Meri Kahaani. The promotional stills and trailers have created a lot of curiosity among the audience.
