Taruni Sachdev's father talks about his late daughter

Child actress Taruni Sachdev's sudden demise still remains a great shock and loss for her family. Taruni and her mother's body was brought to Mumbai from Kathmandu through cargo.

A grief-stricken father, Harsh Sachdev said, "Woh bhagwan ki beti thi, bhagwan ke paas chali gayi (She was god's daughter, she has gone to god)." The funeral took place at Santa Cruz (West) cremation ground at 5.30 pm. Her mother was also cremated at the same time.

Taruni, who had gone on a pilgrimage with her mother, lost her life at the Nepal air crash on Monday. Few of Taruni noted works are films like Paa, Vellinakshatram and Satyam. The adorable child had also featured in almost 50 ads.
