Jodi Breakers is not a rip off of Heartbreakers: Madhavan

Actor R Madhavan, who is busy promoting his next movie Jodi Breakers with Bipasha Basu, has slammed the allegations of plagiarism against the film. The Bollywood star says that Jodi Breakers is completely original film and not a single frame has been copied from the Belgian film Heartbreakers.

Recently, the Indian distributors of Heartbreakers had alleged that Jodi Breakers is a rip off of the Belgian film. Their allegations has left Madhavan fuming. The irked actor has now thrown a challenge to them to read the script and point out even one similarity in his upcoming movie, which is slated to release on 24th February.

However, the makers of Jodi Breakers have asked the Heartbreakers team to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to read the entire script and find resemblances between the two films. But the team is not ready to sign the NDA. Talking to Rediff, Madhavan said, “There're no similarities between our film and theirs except the similar-sounding title."
