No investigation into Shahrukh Khan IPL brawl case

The Shahrukh Khan brawl case at the Wankhede stadium during an IPL match, finally got a breather after the police cleared that they wouldn't investigate into the matter.

Talking to The Hindu, the Deputy Commissioner of Police Nisar Tamboli told that since it is a non-cognisable offence, the police department couldn't investigate into the matter, without court permission. On the other hand, the MCA has decided to ban the actor from entering the stadium for five years.

The incident took place on Wednesday night after KKR won the match against MI. It has been alleged that Shahrukh had abused and misbehaved with the security and the MCA officials after they did not allow Khan to enter the stadium. But, Shahrukh, on the other hand said that he hasn't done anything wrong as he got angry when his children were manhandled by the security.
