Oprah Winfrey meets Bachchans, Aishwarya's Beti B

It was rumoured earlier that American talk show host Oprah Winfrey would meet the Bachchans and Aishwarya Rai's two month-old daughter Beti B. The latest buzz is that hours after she landed in Mumbai, Winfrey went to visit the Bachchan residence Jalsa on Monday. Reports suggest that her visit was among her priority list and she met Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya before attending the party hosted by Parmeshwar Godrej.

Interestingly, Oprah Winfrey was in Indian woman's getup during her visit to the Bachchan's family. The talk show host was wearing an orange and gold sari for the occasion. Amitabh Bachcan, who is known for his simplicity and humbleness, was overwhelmed by her kind gesture. Along with Abhishek and Aishwarya, Big B drove her to the party after her an hour-long stay at their residence.

Later, Amitabh Bachchan took to his Twitter page to share his excitement over her visit to his house. Big B tweeted, “The gracious Oprah Winfrey visits our home, to meet us and bless the baby…warm hearted, endearing…drive her to party in her honour. And Oprah in sari…looking lovely!!"
